• Transmitted information is encrypted and is stored on a secure web server at a high-security, enterprise-level hosting company.
• Credit / Debit Card payments are not made to Your Pet Data, but instead are made directly to the payment processor through a secure payment portal. Your Pet Data never has access to the user’s credit card information nor is it ever present on the Your Pet Data server. Credit Card information is stored separately, at the secure PCI DSS compliant payment processor.
• Your Pet Data does not ask its pet-parent(s) for their personal identifiers such as date-of-birth, driver’s license or social security numbers nor does Your Pet Data store credit card numbers. Your Pet Data does not ask for any information that might lead to identity theft.
• Each user’s password is encrypted when stored on the server and is known only to the pet-parent(s). Information disclosure prevention and data compromise procedures are in place.
• Your Pet Data provides the option for users to exclude their physical address from the profile information.

Privacy and Personal Information

• Your Pet Data may use general member demographics and statistics for its own marketing purposes.
• Your Pet Data is given permission by way of its Terms and Conditions to use pet-parent(s) and pet information.

Personal & Pet Information
Each user acknowledges that:

• The Your Pet Data Service is primarily intended to assist pet-parent(s), veterinarians, sitters, kennels, walkers, and caretakers.
• The Your Pet Data Service is not guaranteed to provide any given care and / or healthcare result(s).
• Those viewing the pet’s information have the pet-parent’s permission.
• The responsibility for the accuracy of information is the sole responsibility of the pet-parent(s) or pet-guardian.
• Your Pet Data personnel are not legally-permissioned to modify user-entered information.
• The Your Pet Data website and mobile applications act only to facilitate the presentation of information that is provided by the pet-parent(s) or pet-guardian.

Links to Third Party Analytics Tools

Your Pet Data utilizes third party analytics tools such as Google Analytics to collect non-personally identifiable information using cookies. Certain types of information, such as geo location, device type, online website behavior, demographic data & purchase history is collected and aggregated across Your Pet Data website for analysis and marketing initiatives.

Your Pet Data may employ Remarketing by way of Adwords and Google Analytics to display relevant ads to users who have previously visited the website. Your Pet Data may use previous session information to display advertisements to you on the website and Google may set a cookie and serve ads to you on third party websites on the Google Display Network. Aggregated user data may be utilized to create remarketing and/or retargeting lists or groups of users with similar onsite behaviors or demographics.

Your Pet Data may also uses Google Display Network Impression Reporting and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting and Interest-Based Advertising to display advertisements to users based on their inferred interests and demographics. Your Pet Data does not use interest-based advertising campaigns that collect personally identifiable information.
