In the event of an immediate illness or accident the pet-parent calls a tele-health vet and provides the Your Pet Data site and the pet’s ID. This is all a tele-health vet will need to have to know all about your pet. Along with the current pet-symptoms this ensures immediate, proper diagnosis and treatment.

If the pet is taken to an emergency clinic the same above process is followed.
