Setup, Price & Account Status

1. Click on Set Up Account to Register as the Pet Parent and to Register Your First Dog or Cat for a low $3.95 monthly price, each.
2. Thereafter, click on Login to Register Additional Pets or click the Pet Profile Access button to view and edit your pet(s) profile(s).

• You can permanently remove a pet from the Service and stop billing by clicking the Remove a Pet button, or press Delete Pet Parent to stop billing and permanently delete the entire account including all pets. Pet removal and account deletion cannot be undone.
• If a payment failure occurs, your pet’s profile will be temporarily inactive until the issue is resolved. A failure is usually due to a credit card update, card expiration, or address change. To correct the situation, click the pet’s name within the Pet Profile Center to update your billing information for the pet. In most cases this will reactivate the pet’s profile status.
